  • KWARTS was asked by PharmaCo to develop a strategy and a concrete plan to provide AI-driven recommendations (“Next Best Actions”) to the field force
  • PharmaCo’s ambition was to strive to a holistic understanding of HCP needs

Complication

  • A “single source of truth” needed to be created from different data sources
  • An initial full-scale AI deployment was unfeasible for PharmaCo

Result

  • KWARTS created a stepwise approach to leverage data, analyse with the appropriate Data Science techniques, generate Next-Best-Actions with its A-Inside CDP, and integrated A-Inside into PharmaCo’s CRM (Veeva)

Impact

  • 60% of the AI’s recommendations is considered to be relevant and acted upon by reps
